| 摘 要： | 总结薛一涛教授运用柴胡疏肝安神汤治疗胸痹的经验。薛教授对心源性胸背痛从中医学胸痹论治,其病机多以气滞、血瘀、寒凝、痰浊标实为主。以先治其标、后治其本为原则,先行理气活血通脉,后行补气滋阴温阳,临床运用柴胡疏肝安神汤为主治疗,取得了理想的疗效。

XUE Yitao's Experience in Treating Chest Impediment by Bupleurum Liver-soothing and Mind-Tranquilizing Decoction |

| Abstract: | To summarize Professor XUE Yitao's experience in treating chest impediment by Bupleurum Liver-soothing and Mind-Tranquilizing decoction. Professor XUE treats pain in chest and back from the angle of chest impediment in traditional Chinese medicine and thinks the pathogenesis includes Qi stagnation,blood stasis,accumulation of coldness and phlegm. According to the principle of resolving the current problems before eliminating the root causes,the first step in treatment is regulating Qi,promoting blood circulation,unblocking meridians and the second step is supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and warming Yang. In clinical treatment,Bupleurum Liver-soothing and Mind-Tranquilizing decoction has satisfactory effect. |
