库欣综合征80例临床探讨

目的：探讨库欣综合征患者的病因分类、各种主要临床表现的出现频率以及实验室检查特点,并评价各种诊断方法的效率.方法：收集1995～2011年广西医科大学第一附属医院住院临床确诊为库欣综合征患者80例的病例资料,对其进行回顾性分析.结果：本组80例中,肾上腺皮质腺瘤最多见,库欣病次之.临床表现方面,高血压出现的频率最高,为76.25％;生化检查中100.00％的患者16：00皮质醇升高,90.92％患者皮质醇节律紊乱;24 h尿游离皮质醇检测增高者占90.48％;各种影像学检查中,肾上腺CT具有较明显的优势.结论：临床诊断库欣综合征,应综合各种检查结果以作出正确的判断.

THE CLINICAL STUDY IN 80 CASES OF CUSHING SYNDROME

Objective：To study the etiologic classification,frequency of various clinical manifestations,laboratorial parameters of Cushing syndrome and evaluate the efficiency of various diagnosis.Methods：The 80 cases of Cushing syndrome were collected from the first affiliatedhospital of Guangxi medical university during 1995～2011.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results：In these cases of Cushing syndrome,adrenocortical adenoma was the most common and Cushing disease is a second.In clinical manifestation,the hypertension was overrepresented and it＇s expression rate was 76.25％ in Cushing syndrome.In biochemical examination,patients with elevated 4PM cortisol level was 100.00％ and with cortisol rhythm disorder was 90.92 ％.24 hour uriuary free cortisol test was 90.48 ％.In various imaging tests,CT was significant advantages.Conclusion：For the diagnosis of Cushing syndrome,all kinds of results were comprehensively judged.
