安心颗粒联合血栓抽吸术对急性心肌梗死患者生命质量影响的研究

目的观察安心颗粒联合血栓抽吸术对急性心肌梗死患者生命质量的影响。方法 160例急性心肌梗死患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组80例给予常规范处理联合血栓抽吸术,实验组80例在对照组治疗基础上加用安心颗粒;对比分析两组经皮冠状动脉介入术后1周、术后1个月两组心脏不良事件（MACE）发生率和生命质量量表（SF-36）评分。结果术后1周两组SF-36量表各维度评分比较,差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）;术后1个月,实验组SF-36量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后1周、1个月两组MACE发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论安心颗粒联合血栓抽吸术可明显改善急性心肌梗死患者生命质量,且不增加MACE发生率。

Effects of Anxin Granules Combined with Thrombus Aspiration on Quality of Life in Acute Myocardial Infarctin Patients

Objective To observe the effects of Anxin Granules combined with thrombus aspiration on quality of life in acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ n = 80） was treated with the conventional treatment and thrombus aspiration. The treatment group（ n = 80） was given Anxi Granules besides the therapy performed in the control group. The incidences of major adverse cardiac event（ MACE） and SF-36 scores 1 week and 1 month after percutanous coronary intervention were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the patients＇ s SF-36 scores between two groups 1 week after operation（ P〉0. 05）. The SF-36 scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group 1 month after operation（ P〈0. 05）. The incidences of MACE 1 week and 1month after operation showed no significant difference between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Anxin Granules combined with thrombus aspiration might contribute to the improvement of quality of life in acute myocardial infarcton patients,and it might not increase the incidence of MACE.
