| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿潴留及留置导尿对前列腺增生（BPH）患者血清前列腺特异抗原（PSA）含量影响。方法86例前列腺增生患者，分为两组A组36例为尿潴留组，留置导尿1周以上；B组50例无尿潴留。结果尿潴留患者平均PSA值（14．844±10．69）ng／ml，留置导尿1周后平均PSA值（2．94±1．80）ng／ml，无尿潴留组平均PSA值（1．41±1．71）ng／ml，三者之间有差异有统计学意义。结论尿潴留可使BPH患者血清PSA浓度明显增高，留置导尿也可使BPH患者血清PSA浓度明显增高。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of urinary retention and catheterization on the serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) in cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The data of 86 patients with BPH were analyzed. All the cases were divided into urine retention group (36 cases), non urine retention group(50 cases). The serum PSA were examined. Catheterization in the urine retention group for seven days,to examined the serum PSA again. Results The PSA level in patients with urine retention was( 14. 8± 10. 69)ng/ml, after catheterization was(2.94±1.80)ng/ml and(1.41±1.71)ng/ml in patients without urine retention. Conclusion Urine retention and catheterization makes serum PSA level increase significantly in benign hyperplasia of prostate cases. |
