胃镜下喷药加中西药内服治疗难治性消化性溃疡

目的:观察胃镜下喷洒云南白药配合中药"消溃清幽汤"及雷尼替丁胶囊内服治疗难治性(顽固性)消化性溃疡(PU)的疗效.方法:将126例随机分为两组,治疗组63例在胃镜下喷洒云南白药配合中药"消溃清幽汤"及雷尼替丁胶囊内服治疗;对照组63例用奥美拉唑加羟氨苄青霉素和甲硝唑内服治疗.结果:两组治疗8周后,治疗组在溃疡愈合率、抗溃疡的复发率及副作用等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),HP根除率治疗组与对照组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论:胃镜下喷云南白药加口服中西药物对难治性消化性溃疡有较好疗效,患者依从性好,价格适宜,值得推广.

Treating Refractory Peptic Ulcer with Sprinkling Medicine Under Gastroscopy Plus Taking Orally Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the curative effect on treating refractory(inflexible) peptic ulcer with sprinkling Yunnan Baiyao(YNBY) under gastroscopy plus taking orally Xiaokui Qingyou decoction(a sort of TCM, XKQY) and Renitiding caps. Methods: 126 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 63 cases of treatment group were treated with sprinkling YNBY under gastroscopy plus taking orally XKQY and Renitiding caps, the other 63 cases with western medicines. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, In the aspect of rates of ulcer concrescence, recrudescence and side-effect, the treatment group was better than control group ( P <0.0.5). While their rates of deracinating HP had no significant difference ( P >0.05). Conclusion: The treatment group has better curative effect on peptic ulcer, high quality of ulcer concrescence, high rate of deracinating HP, low rate of recrudescence, low side effect and low cost, which can help patience has good compliance. It is a better therapy scheme on refractory peptic ulcer, which is worthy to extend its use.
