摘    要:目的了解上海市消毒服务机构的开设情况及其运行现状,探讨监管措施。方法用问卷调查的方法对全市为社会提供消毒与灭菌服务机构的状况进行了调查。结果上海市有消毒服务机构14家,使用的消毒灭菌方法有环氧乙烷灭菌法、电离辐射灭菌法及红外线辐射消毒法,用于对医疗用品、卫生用品、餐饮具、药品、化妆品、食品及宠物用品进行灭菌或消毒。经过现场抽检证明,使用中环氧乙烷灭菌与电离辐射灭菌设备的灭菌合格率均为100%,红外线辐射不能达到灭菌效果。所调查的消毒服务机构执行《消毒服务机构卫生规范》符合率为50%。结论上海市的消毒服务机构有逐渐增多的趋势,质量管理不够规范,尚需加强政策管理。

Abstract:Objective To know the condition of opening and present situation of running the disinfection service in Shanghai and to explore the managing measures.Methods Survey questionnaire was used to investigate the condition of public disinfection and sterilization services throughout the city.Results There were 14 disinfection services in Shanghai.The method used for sterilization or disinfection of medical products,sanitary articles,tableware and drinking utensils,drugs,cosmetics,food and pet articles were ethylene oxide sterilization,ionizing radiation sterilization,and infrared radiation disinfection. On-the-spot selective examination demonstrated that the sterilization eligible rates of both ethylene oxide sterilization and ionizing radiation sterilization equipment were 100%,while infrared radiation could not achieve sterilization efficacy.The conforming rate of implementing 《Sanitary Standard for Disinfection Services》 of the disinfection services investigated was 50%.Conclusions There is a tendency of gradual increase in disinfection services in Shanghai,but the quality control was insufficiently standardized and policy administration needs to be strengthened.
