橄榄解酒饮对大小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的影响

为观察橄榄解酒饮(主药：橄榄、枳棋子)对急性酒精性肝损伤的防治效果,采用白酒灌胃法造成大小鼠急性肝损伤的模型,0．5h后以橄榄解酒饮灌胃,记录醉酒率。第3天检测血清ALT,第5天检测血清及肝匀浆ALT、AST,并与护肝胶囊比较。结果：橄榄解酒饮可显著降低大小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型醉酒率,提高醒／醉比,显著降低血清ALT、AST及肝脏组织ALT水平,改善肝组织病理状态,促进肝细胞损伤恢复。提示橄榄解酒饮具有良好的防醉、解酒、护肝作用。

Influence of "Ganlan Jiejiu Drink" on Acute Alcoholic Liver Injury in Rats and Mice

To observe the preventive effects of"Ganlan Jiejiu Drink" on the acute alcoholic liver injury, rats and mice were first perfused with white wine to cause acute liver injury and then perfused with "Ganlan Jiejiu Drink" half an hour. The drunk rate was recorded. On the 3rd day, serum ALT was measured; on the 5th day, the ALT and AST in the serum and liver tissue were assayed. Moreover, "Huagan Capsule" was used as control. Results: The "Ganlan Jiejiu Drink" can reduce the drunk rates, decrease serum AST, and ALT and AST in the serum and liver tissue, and improve the pathological state of liver tissue. It is revealed that "Ganlan Jiejiu Drink" is fairly effective to relieve alcoholism and protect liver.
