| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈脊髓损伤患者术后机械通气时间延长（〉48h）的原因以及术后最佳呼吸功能支持的策略。方法回顾分析28例颈脊髓损伤术后患者的临床资料,对其中、术后机械通气时间延长的原因进行确定。结果28例患者术后机械通气延长者14例,带机平均时间为（250.1±153.8）h。损伤节段在C3及以上的发生率为100%,损伤程度A级的发生率为66.7%。结论颈脊髓损伤术后机械通气时间延长与患者年龄、脊髓损伤程度、脊髓损伤节段及相关并发症如肺部感染、低氧血症及营养程度等因素有关,及时预防和处理呼吸系统并发症非常重要。
