| 摘 要： | 目的 观察异环磷酰胺、多柔比星和顺铂联合治疗子宫肉瘤的临床疗效和不良反应.方法 用异环磷酰胺1.2g/m2(第1～5天)、多柔比星40mg/m2(第2天)、顺铂100mg/m2(第3天)的静脉化疗方案,辅以美斯纳、托烷司琼、重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子等,治疗子宫肉瘤21例,其疗效及不良反应按WHO标准进行评价.结果 总有效率为33.3%,其中部分缓解率为33.3%;主要不良反应发生率:白细胞减少为52.4%(Ⅲ～Ⅳ度为14.3%),胃肠反应为95.2%(Ⅲ～Ⅳ度为23.8%),神经不良反应为25.6%,镜下血尿为9.5%(均为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度).结论 异环磷酰胺联合多柔比星和顺铂治疗子宫肉瘤疗效确切,不良反应可以耐受,该方案可作为目前治疗子宫肉瘤较好的化疗方案之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combination of isofosfamide(IFO),doxorubicin(ADM)and cisplatin(DDP)on sarcoma of uterus and the adverse reaction.Methods Twenty-one cases with sarcoma of uterus were enrolled in this study and treated with combination of IFO,ADM and DDP for 65 courses.The therapeutic regimen included intravenous injection of IFO 1.2g/m2(1-5d),ADM 40mg/m2(on 2d),DDP100mg/m2(on 3d).Meanwhile,mesna,tropisetron and colony-stimulating factor were used as the adjunctive therapy.Afte... |
