维持性血液透析尿毒症患者的心理干预护理体会

目的探讨维持性血液透析（MHD）患者的心理干预护理措施，并与未接受心理干预护理的尿毒症患者心理反应进行对比，从而为减轻尿毒症患者的心理负担，提高患者的治疗效果及生活质量提供依据。方法对2009年1月至2009年12月在我院接受维持性血液透析的310例尿毒症患者心理状况进行问卷调查，并对血液透析患者心理干预护理和未进行心理干预护理各155例进行心理反应比对分析。结果维持性血液透析尿毒症患者接受心理干预护理者的不良心理反应明显少于未接受心理干预护理者，前者能积极主动配合护理工作，获得了较好的透析效果。结论良好的心理干预护理可帮助患者学会自我心理疏导，克服消极心理，增强战胜疾病的信心，延长了患者生命，提高了生活质量。

The care experience of psychological intervention for uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the psychological intervention care measures for patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and compare with psychological reaction of patients who can't accept psychological intervention care to afford evidences for lightening the their psychological burden and improving quality of life.Methods Research the psychology of the 310 cases of dialysis patients from January to December,2009 in our hospital through questionnaire,and compare the psychological reaction of 155 cases who accept psychological intervention care with the psychological reaction of the others who can't accept.Results The bad psychological reaction of the patients who accept psychological intervention care is significantly less than the one who can't accept,and the formers cooperate with treatment and obtain good effect.Conclusion Good psychological intervention care helps patients learn self-psychological counseling to overcome the negative psychology,enhance the confidence,to overcome the disease,prolong life and improve the quality of life.
