门诊臂丛麻醉下肩周炎松解治疗的围术期护理

目的:总结门诊臂丛麻醉肩周炎松解术的护理配合,随访观察治疗效果.方法:总结本科门诊从2010年6月至2011年3月的113例在臂丛麻醉下行肩周炎松解治疗的护理配合经验,并在治疗后15天、1月、3月行电话随访,观察治疗效果.结果:术后15天内,87例(76.7%)患者肩关节主动活动度恢复正常,99(87.7%)例疼痛基本消失.1月内,21(18.6%)例患者肩关节主动活动度恢复正常,10例(8.8%)疼痛基本消失.112(99.1%)例患者在3月内康复,仅1例因外伤所致肩周炎患者肩关节功能恢复差.未出现严重并发症.结论:在良好的护理配合下,在门诊行臂丛麻醉下肩周炎松解术安全、可靠,有良好的经济和社会效益.

Perioperative Nursing Care for Outpatient of Frozen Shoulder Release under Brachial Plexus Anesthesia

Objective:To summarize the experience of perioperative nursing care for outpatient of frozen shoulder release under brachial plexus anesthesia,and assess the treatment effect through follow-up.Methods:From June 2010 to March 2011,there were 113 outpatients of frozen shoulder release treatment under brachial plexus anesthesia downstream in our department.The experience of perioperative nursing care was summarized.Telephone follow-up were carried out at 15 days,1 month,and 3 month after the surgery to assess the effect.Results:15 days after surgery,there was 87 cases(76.7%) patients whose shoulder active activity returned to normal,and 99(87.7%) cases with the pain disappeared.At 1 month after,21(18.6%) patients with shoulder active activity returned to normal,10 cases(8.8%),pain disappeared.112(99.1%) patients in the rehabilitation.Only 1 case caused by trauma with shoulder function recovery poor after 3 month.No serious complications.Conclusion:With appropriate nursing care,frozen shoulder release under brachial plexus anesthesia for outpatients is effective and safe
