腰椎骨骨折病人手术前后的护理探讨

目的探讨促进腰椎骨折病人尽早康复,减少致残率并提高病人生活自理能力的护理措施。方法该研究对26例腰椎骨骨折病人采取同源配对对照方法,同一病人既属于观察组,又属于对照组。采用体检和观察方法,分析病人的情绪改变情况。将情绪改变作为病人心理状态的评价指标。结果该组患者术前普遍存在焦虑、抑郁及恐惧情绪,经手术治疗配合心理护理干预后,其情绪明显转为平静或愉快,手术及护理前后其情绪变化显著差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对患者进行细致的心理观察,给予有针对性的护理并开展心理干预,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,明显降低恐惧、焦虑以及抑郁情绪的发生率,有利于病人术后早日康复。

Lumbar vertebra bone fracture patient before and after operation nursing experience

Objective To discuss the promotion of vertebral fracture patients early rehabilitation,reduce disability and improve patient self-care ability of nursing measures.Methods The study on 26 cases of lumbar vertebrae fracture patients adopt homologous pairing control method,the same patient belongs to the observation group,and control group.A physical examination and observation method,analysis of the patient’s mood changes.The mood changes as the psychological status of patients evaluation index.Results In this group of patients the preoperative prevalence of anxiety,depression and feelings of fear,the operation therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention,the mood was converted to calm or pleasure,operation and nursing before and after the mood changes significantly(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusion The patients were meticulous psychological observation,given targeted nursing and psychological intervention,and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,reduce fear,anxiety and the incidence of depressive mood,facilitates patient postoperative early rehabilitation.
