外科危重患者围手术期营养支持效果观察

目的：探讨围手术期营养支持对外科危重患者的作用。方法将2009年9月至2013年9月来我院胸部和腹部外科就诊的210例危重患者作为研究对象，对其围手术期给予营养支持情况进行分析。结果营养支持前后轻、中、重度营养不良的构成比差异有统计学意义（χ2＝145.78，P＜0.005），营养支持后营养状况好转，处于负氮平衡者减少；患者的BMI、白蛋白和淋巴细胞总数均提高，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论合理的围手术期营养支持是外科危重患者重要辅助治疗方法，增强患者手术耐受能力，提高手术成功率，促进术后康复。

Nutritional support for seriously-ill surgical patients during the perioperative period

Objective To evaluate the effect of nutritional support for seriously-ill surgical patients during the perioperative period.Methods Two hundred and ten patients who had abdominal surgeries or thoracic surgeries in our hospital from November , 2009 to November, 2013 were enrolled in the study .During the perioperative period we gave nutritional support to these patients .Re-sults The constituent ratio of light , medium and severe malnutrition after nutrition support was statistically significant （χ2=145.78 , P 〈0.005 ） .The patients＇nutrition status was improved and the number of patients who were in negative nitrogen balance was de -creased after nutrition support .BMI, albumin and total lymphocyte count of the patients were increased .The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.005 ） .Conclusion An appropriate nutritional support for seriously-ill surgical patients during the perioperative pe-riod is one of the important supplementary therapies .It can enhance the patients＇tolerance for surgery , improve the success rates of sur-gery and promote the rehabilitation .
