| 摘 要： | 心脏死亡器官捐献（donationaftercardiacdeath，DCD）近年来发展迅速，数量不断增加，DCD供体评估方法不断完善，相应器官保护措施更加科学化，其肝肾移植效果也逐渐与脑死亡器官捐献（donationafterbraindeath，DBD）接近，本文就DCD供体评估及器官保护与其肝肾移植效果作一综述。
