手术全期护理降低四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率的效果分析

目的比较手术全期护理与常规护理在降低四肢骨折手术患者压疮的效果。方法选择120例四肢骨折患者按照数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予全期护理，观察不同护理方式下两组患者的压疮发生情况。结果对照组发生Ⅰ期压疮6例，Ⅱ期压疮4例，Ⅲ期压疮1例，无Ⅳ期压疮患者；观察组患者发生Ⅰ期压疮2例，Ⅱ期压疮1例，无Ⅲ期压疮和Ⅳ期压疮患者。观察组压疮发生率（5．0％）显著低于对照组（18．3％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对四肢骨折患者采用手术全期护理，通过围手术期有针对性的重点护理和照顾，能有效预防和减少压疮的发生，提高患者的治疗效果，改善骨折患者的生存质量。

Effect of surgical full period nursing on pressure ulcers in patients with limb fracture surgery

Objective To compare the effect on reduction of pressure ulcers between whole operation period care and routine nursing in patients with lower limb fracture surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with limb fractures were randomly di- vided into control and observation groups ,60 in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing care while the observation group was given full period nursing. Occurrence of pressure ulcer was compared between the two groups. Results There were 6 cases with stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer,4 cases with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer, and one case with stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer in the control group. There were 2 cases with stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer and one case with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer in the observation group. The incidence of pressure ul- cers in the control group （ 18.3% ） was significantly higher than that in the observation group （ 5.0% ） （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The full period nursing of patients with limbs fracture surgery can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, im- prove the therapeutic effect and the survival quality of patients.
