智能化居家康复训练对脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨基于躯体传感网的居家康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力( ADL)的影响。方法48例脑卒中偏瘫出院患者按随机数字表法分成干预组和对照组各24例。对照组给予常规用药及康复锻炼指导,干预组在此基础上进行居家康复训练,每次10~20 min,每周6次,共12周。治疗前后采用上肢Fugl-Meyer评分( FMA)、改良Ashworth痉挛量表( MAS)及改良Barthel指数( MBI)对两组患者进行评定。结果治疗12周后两组患者FMA评分及MBI评分均较治疗前显著改善( P<0.05),且干预组的改善幅度更显著,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。两组MAS评分差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论基于躯体传感网的居家康复训练可以更明显恢复脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢功能及ADL能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of home rehabilitation training based on body sensor networks on activity of daily living ( ADL) in hemiplegic patients after stroke .Methods Forty-eight hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into treatment (n=24) and control (n=24) groups.Both groups received medicine and rehabilitation exercise guidance while the treatment group was also added with the home rehabilitation training .The training lasted for 10~20 min/d and 6d/week for 12 weeks.All patients were as-sessed with the Fugl-Meyer upper limb assessment ( FMA) ,modified Ashworth scale ( MAS) classification and the modified Barthel in-dex( MBI) before and after treatment .Results After 12 weeks of treatment , the FMA and MBI scores in both groups were significant-ly improved when compared to before treatment (P〈0.05 ).However, the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .No significant difference in the MAS score was found between the two groups .Conclusion The home rehabilitation training can distinctly improve the motor function of upper limb and ADL .
