| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺癌患者血清脂蛋白a表达水平，探讨其临床意义。方法应用生化分析仪采用免疫比浊法测定我院122例肺癌患者（肺癌组）及同期122名健康体检者（正常组）血清脂蛋白a浓度，比较其差异。结果肺癌组患者血清脂蛋白a水平及异常率均高于正常组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。肺癌组患者中，血清脂蛋白a水平及异常率IV期＞III期＞I～II期患者，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论血清脂蛋白a可能与肺癌的分期和预后相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of detection of serum lipoprotein a in patients with lung cancer .Methods Levels of serum lipoprotein a were detected in 122 patients with lung cancer by using an immune turbidimetric test with a biochemical analyzer .The results were compared with that in 122 healthy controls .Results The levels of serum lipoprotein a and the abnormal rate in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than that in the controls group （ P〈0.05 ） .In the cancer groups , the levels of se-rum lipoprotein a and the abnormal rate in stage IV were higher than that in stage III that in turn higher than that in stages I ~II （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion The expression levels of serum lipoprotein a may be associated with the stages and prognosis of lung cancer . |
