骨盆兜布悬吊牵引治疗老年腰椎假性滑脱的临床疗效观察

目的：观察骨盆兜布悬吊牵引治疗老年腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法64例老年腰椎假性滑脱患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各32例，治疗组以骨盆兜布牵引配合针灸推拿治疗，对照组以针灸推拿治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、滑脱椎体治疗前后位移改变情况及治疗期间动态疼痛视觉模拟量表（ visual analog Scale ，VAS）评分。结果治疗后两组临床疗效、椎体移位情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗组疼痛缓解情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论骨盆兜布悬吊牵引治疗老年腰椎假性滑脱早期缓解患者腰腿痛，改善腰部活动功能，临床疗效肯定。

Clinical effect of pelvic pocket cloth suspension traction in treatment of senile spondylolisth-sis

Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of pelvic pocket cloth suspension traction in treatment of senile spon -dylolisthesis .Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with lumbar pseudo-spondylolisthesis were randomly divided into treatment and con-trol groups ,32 in each group .The treatment group was treated with pelvic pocket cloth suspension traction combined with acupuncture and massages ,while the control group was treated only with acupuncture and massage methods .Clinical efficacy was observed by meas-uring the vertebral slip displacement changes and visual analog scale （ VAS） .Results After 3 to 4 weeks of the treatment ,there was no significant difference between the two groups in changes of vertebral displacement before and after treatment .However ,pain relief in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion The pelvic pocket cloth suspension traction method could improve the function of lumbar activities and relieve the low back pain in senile spondylolisthesis .
