摘    要:目的:探讨经腹超声在孕早期筛查胎儿及附属结构异常中的临床价值。方法采用经腹部超声对7663例11~13+6周孕妇进行产前筛查,发现胎儿及附属结构异常并继续妊娠者行中期超声检查,随访其结果。结果7663例孕妇(7806例胎儿)中,共检出142例胎儿及附属结构异常(1.8%),其中死胎1例,20例选择引产,24例失访,85例继续妊娠者孕中期超声发现异常11例。结论孕早期经腹超声能筛查出部分胎儿异常,应结合中孕期超声检查,为临床提供有力的诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal and ancillary structural abnor -malities.Methods Total of 7633 pregnant women between 11~13+6 weeks of gestation received abdominal ultrasound scan .The cases with structural abnormalities further received ultrasound screening during the second trimester .Clinical outcomes were followed up .Re-sults Among the 7806 fetuses, 142 cases with abnormal fetal and adjacent structures were detected by ultrasound during the first tri -mester (1.8%).Of the abnormalities, one fetus was dead in uterus and 20 were treated with induced labor.There were 24 cases missed during the follow-up.Of rest 85 cases, 11 abnormal cases were further confirmed by ultrasound screening during the second tri -mester.Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound screening in the first trimester can effectively detect some abnormal fetuses .Combination of the second trimester ultrasound screening can provide powerful diagnostic value .
