震颤停汤对帕金森病模型小鼠行为学的影响

摘    要:目的研究震颤停汤对帕金森病(PD)模型小鼠行为学的影响,初步探讨其治疗PD的机理。方法采用C57BL/6J褐鼠MPTP腹腔注射(ip)复制PD模型,观察震颤停汤对其行为学的影响,并探讨其作用机理。以上实验均与安坦组作对照。结果震颤停汤高剂量(10g生药/kg)、中剂量(5g生药/kg)、低剂量(2.5g生药/kg)能够显著缩短小鼠爬杆时间差值(P<0.01);高剂量能够显著增加小鼠自主活动(P<0.01)并能够增加小鼠悬挂能力评分(P<0.01)。结论震颤停汤能够增加小鼠的自主活动,提高肢体运动协调能力。震颤停汤对PD模型小鼠具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of quiver-killer soup to behaviorism of model rats suffered PD and to approach the mechanism of treating PD preliminarily.Methods C57BL/6J to give the rats MPTP intraperitoneal injection(IP)to copy PDmodel,to observe the influence of quiver-killer soup to behaviorism,and to approach the mechanism.The above experiment should be compared with the artane group.Results The quiver-killer soup with the dosage large(unprocessed drug 10g/kg)moderate(5k/kg) and small(2.5k/kg) can notably shorten the time difference of rats to climb pole(P<0.01).Large dosage can notably improve the initiative activities(P<0.01) and the hanging ability(P<0.01)of the rats.Conclution Quiver-killer soup can improve the initiative activities and the limbs coordination of the PD model rats and protect them.
