| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道电切(TURP)及汽化电切术(TUEVAP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)术后腺体残留或复发、尿道狭窄、继发性出血、尿失禁、阴茎勃起功能障碍等并发症的防治。方法回顾分析214例良性前列腺增生(BPH)TURP及TUEVAP的临床资料。结果手术后并发症:腺体残留或复发12例(5.6%)、尿道狭窄22例(10.3%)、继发性出血16例(7.4%)、术后尿失禁11例(5.1%)、阴茎勃起功能障碍8例(3.7%),均经手术及保守治疗好转或治愈。结论术中、术后正确处理是预防和治疗并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Obiective To investigate the prevention and treatment of the postoperative complications of TURP and TUEVAP,including residual or recurrent adenoma,Uracratia,postoperative bleeding,postoperative incontineuce,and erectile dysfunction.Methods Two hundred and fourteen patients underwent TURP and TUEVAP were retrospectively analyzed.Results postoperative complications included residual or recurrent adenoma in 11 cases(5.6%),urethral stricture in 22 cases(10.3%),postoperative bleeding in 16 cases(7.4%),postoperative incontineuce in 11 cases(5.1%),and erectile dysfunction in 8 cases(3.7%).All these complications were cured with operation and non-operation methods.Conclusion Correct adequaty intraoperative and postoperative managment are key to preventimg and curing complications. |
