32P治疗体表血管瘤的疗效观察

目的 针对体表血管瘤的特征,采用³²P4种方法治疗,观察临床疗效.方法 分别采用³²P胶体加平阳霉素注射治疗、单纯³²P胶体注射治疗、³²P胶体注射加32P敷贴法治疗、单纯32P敷贴4种方法治疗体表血管瘤.结果 海绵状血管瘤治愈率为91.74%,草莓状血管瘤治愈率为97.36%,混合性血管瘤治愈率为95.60%,蔓状血管瘤治愈率为79.07%,鲜红斑痣治愈率为58.97%.结论 ³²P是治疗体表血管瘤较理想的方法.

Efficacy of 32P for the Treatment of Superficial Hemangioma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 32 P with different methods for the treatment of different types of superficial hemangioma.Methods Four different therapeutic approaches:injection of colloid 32 P with bleomycin A 5 ,injection of colloid 32 P alone,both injection and external use of 32 P,and external use of 32 P alone,were applied to treat different types of hemangioma.Results Curative rates were91.74%for cavernous hemangioma,97.36%for strawberry hemangioma,95.60%for mixed hemangioma,79.07%for plexiform hemangioma,and58.97%for port-wine nevus.Conclusion 32 P is an effective approach for the treatment of superficial hemangioma.
