综合性医院医疗器械采购的风险和对策

The risk and countermeasure of purchasing medical equipment in general hospital

This paper introduce the principles for construcMedical equipment is the infrastructure to carry on medical work in the hospital. It is the essential requirement of improving medical skill level and producing overall benefit. However, there are some risks caused by several factors during purchasing process such as technical development, false technical product, the reform of medical system and so on. According to the working experience, we think it is the effective countermeasure to avoid purchasing risks by making a well-conceived purchasing plan, making sufficient on-the-spot investigation, insist on the public biding purchase principle and implement the perfect rules of management.
