| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动脉导管未闭(PDA)手术过程中存在的问题及PDA术后残余分流的防治方法.方法回顾分析1997年1月-2003年12月收治的21例PDA术后残余分流的病例.结果21例中死亡1例;痊愈出院20例;并发需要同期矫治的心内畸形者9例.结论预防PDA术后残余分流的方法为不同的患者采取不同的手术方法.PDA结扎术前应当仔细评价有并发并需要同期矫治的心内畸形.深低温低流量经肺动脉切口闭合残余分流的PDA是一种安全有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the problems that exist in the diagnosis and treatment of PDA. Methods Analyses of patients with residual shunt of PDA after PDA operation retrospectively. Results There were 1 hospital death after reoperation. The rest of patients was good.9 patients were complicated with intracardiac anomaly that wanted to be corrected. Conclusion The method to prevent the residual PDA shunt is that different patients should be taken different surgical procedure.In order to find out the patients complicated with other intracardiac anomaly the patients with PDA should be evaluated carefully before operation.It is a safe and an effective method to close the residual PDA shunt by using CPB with deep hypothermia and Low flow via transpulmonary approach. |
