| Abstract: | Ascorbic acid (VC) in preparations was determined by indirect spectrophotometry, based on the color formation of Cu(I)-neocuproine complex from neocuproine and Cu (II) which could be reduced by VC. The results obtained were in good agreement with the iodine titration method. |
