不同海拔高度高原肺水肿的X线表现与分型关系

摘    要:目的 分析35例在两个不同海拔高度发生高原肺水肿患者的X线表现,探讨高原肺水肿X线表现与不同海拔高度之间的关系。方法 本组35例中除1例外籍人士外均为汉族,其中第一次急进高原23例,再次重返高原12例。全部患者进行了X线摄片检查。结果 首次抵海拔4600m高原后发病的19例肺水肿X线表现:中央型6例、弥漫型7例、间质型3例、局限型3例;抵海拔3500m高原后发病的16例肺水肿X线分型:间质型3例、局限型13例。结论 不同海拔高度中的高原肺水肿X线表现类型存在一定的差异。

Abstract:Objectives to analyze the relationship between the X-ray findings in 35 patients with pulmonary edma at different high altitude. MethodsSS patients with pulmonary edema in this study,who were most Han people with one foreigner,have received X-ray examination. And there were 23 patients at first entrying in Tibet and the remainders were at twice. Results The X-ray findings in 19 cases at 4600m were divided into different types,which were central pattern(6), pervasive pattern(7),interstitial pattern and regional pattern(3). And most of them were central and pervasive. The X-ray findings in 16 cases at 3500m were divided into different tyes, which were interstitial pattern(3)and regional pattern(13). Conclusions;The different sea levels are related to the types of high altitude pulmonary edema to certain extent.
