| Abstract: | Purpose Study the changes of blood coagulation fibrinolytic System to the Han nationality soldiers at high altitude. Methods Conducting test on the content of plasma tissue plas-minogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAD, and fibrinogen (Fbg) to 38 Han nationality soldiers, and compare the result with 36 healthy native Tibetan soldiers. Results Compared with the native Tibetan soldiers, the activity of Han nationality soldiers' t-PA decreased (P<0. 05), activity of PAI increased (P<0. 05) , and Fbg content increased markedly (P <0. 05). Conclusion The Han nationality soldiers are at high blood coagulation status. |
