| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对老年心力衰竭患者的临床特点进行分析,探讨其治疗方法。方法 对62例老年心力衰竭患者进行回顾性总结分析。结果 对老年心力衰竭患者采取吸氧、抗感染、利尿、小剂量地高辛和适量血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等综合治疗,可提高生存率,降低死亡率。结论 老年心力衰竭的治疗以综合疗法为宜。

| Abstract: | Purpose By Analyzing clinical characteristics of senile heart failure patients to discuss the treatment methods (Rx). Methods Conduct sum up analysis to clinical data of 62 cases of senile heart failure. Results The mortality rate could decreased by providing oxygen, taking anti - infectious and diuretic treatment, and using small doses of Digoxin and appropriate an-giotensin transferase inhibitor,and etc. Conclusion It's better to take comprehensive treatment methods for senile heart failure cases. |
