刺五加注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的观察刺五加注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法取健康大鼠40只,体质量(200±20)g,每组8只,随机分为正常对照、模型对照、模型+刺五加注射液低、中、高剂量组,分别取血检测各组大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原浓度、血沉及红细胞压积。模型复制剂:10%高分子右旋糖酐。结果刺五加注射液2.5ml·kg^-1·3次/d·3d或5ml·kg^-1·3次/d·3d可使急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原浓度、血沉及红细胞压积明显降低。结论刺五加注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的异常变化有明显改善作用,对于防止动脉硬化的发展,防止急性心肌梗死时的高粘状态、并发症以及预防及控制部分脑血管疾病的发生均有益处。

Effects of Injection Acanthopanax Senticosus on Hemorrheology in Rat Model of Acute Blood Stasis
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus on hemorrheology in rat model of acute blood stasis.Methods Forty rats were chosen,each of them(200±20)g,and randomly divided into blank group,model group and model plus low,middle and high dose of acanthopanax senticosus groups.Blood was taken to test the rats' whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,ESR and HCT in each group.Duplicated model agent:10%macromolecular dextran.Results Acanthopanax senticosus(2.5 or 5 ml·kg^-1·bid·3 d)reduced significantly whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,ESR and HCT.Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus improves significantly abnormal changes of hemorheology in rat model of acute blood stasis,which is beneficial in preventing development of arteriosclerosis,preventing high viscosity in acute myocardial infarction and preventing and controlling some cerebrovascular diseases.
