高职学生对正畸治疗需要的感知差异及其相关因素

目的：调查苏州市高职院校学生对正畸治疗需要的感知差异及其相关因素。方法对苏州职业大学和苏州卫生职业技术学院的6个专业的480名学生进行调查问卷和口腔检查。所使用的问卷包括基本信息调查问卷和由牙齿美观因素（AC评分）与牙齿健康因素（DHC评分）构成的正畸治疗需要指数。根据被测者对正畸治疗需要的感知进行对比得出差异。结果480名调查者中，高职学生由于性别、专业、城乡、是否独生等因素导致感知差异。结论高职学生对自身牙齿畸形的美观和健康因素的存在差异。

The perception difference of orthodontic treatment need for higher vocational students and its related factors

Objective The primary objective of our study was to investigate the perception differences of orthodontic treatment need and its related factors about higher vocational students in Suzhou. Methods This study was to examine the subjective percep-tion and objective measurement on 480 volunteers from 6 specialties by using questionnaires and oral examinations in Suzhou Voca-tional University and Suzhou Vocational Health College.The questionnaires were consisted of the basic information and the index of orthodontic treatment need which is composed of dental aesthetic component (AC) and dental health component (DHC). Results The result suggested that the perception differences among the 480 volunteers were associated with gender, residence, specialty and whether they were only child or not.Conclusion There were difference in aesthetic component and health component about maloc-clusion among vocational students.
