| 摘 要： | 通过研究、对比和借鉴一些国家的药品供应模式，针对目前中国医药行业供应链中存在的问题，提出一套对医院药品供应体系实施供应链管理的思路：在一个整合的、实时共享的物流信息平台上，对医院物流内、外部的各“节点”实施同步管理和协调，形成战略联盟，从而最终实现链上总成本最低的目标。

| Abstract: | Further more, it becomes a main approach to enhance core competition and reduce cost for a modern hospital. It aims at the problem in China＇s medicine supply chain, and to table a proposal on the base of The New Healthcare Reform Scheme： synchronously manage and coordinate each point of the supply chain on an integrated and real-time logistic information platform and form a strategic alliance, then ultimately the minimum chain total cost. |
