2006—2007年我院铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性调查

摘    要:目的分析铜绿假单胞菌的耐药原因及趋势,促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法利用SPSS软件统计出各季度铜绿假单胞菌对各类抗菌药物的耐药性及各类抗菌药物的使用量。结果铜绿假单胞菌对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的耐药率呈上升趋势,对氨基苷类抗菌药物和喹诺酮类抗菌药物的耐药率除2006年第4季度异常外,其他季度均低于40%;各类抗菌药物的使用量在2006年和2007年一直呈上升趋势,β-内酰胺类抗菌药物使用量最高。结论铜绿假单胞菌对各类抗菌药物的耐药情况不一样,与β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的使用量有一定相关性,而与氨基苷类和喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用量的相关性无统计学意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the causes and tendency of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) drug resistance to various kinds of antibiotics and their use amount in order to promote rational use of antibiotic drugs. Methods To calculate the rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) drug resistance to each antibiotic and its use amount in each quarter by SPSS software. Results The rising tendency of PA to β- lactams antibiotic was found and the rate of PA to aminoglycosides and quinolones antibiotics was lower than 40% with exception of the fourth quarter 2006 with rate of 56.3% and 56. 9%. The use amount of various kinds of antibiotics showed an increasing tendency in the period 2006 to 2007, in which β- lactams antibiotics were used with highest frequency. Conclusion The rate of PA drug resistance to various kinds of antibiotic varied, which indicates that it relates to the use amount of β- lactams antibiotic. But, the rate of PA drug resistance does not relate to the use amount of aminoglycosides and quinolones antibiotics.
