HPLC测定荆桔抗感合剂中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量

摘    要:目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定荆桔抗感合剂中盐酸麻黄碱和和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的方法。方法采用 C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(5∶95),流速为1.0 mL·min -1,紫外检测波长为210 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱线性浓度范围为0.0795~2.385μg(r =0.9999),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD 为0.47%(n =6)。盐酸伪麻黄碱线性浓度范围为0.07875~2.3625μg(r =0.9999),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD 为1.09%(n =6)。结论本法重复性好,定量准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Jingjie Kanggan Mixtrue by HPLC. Methods The C18 column with acetonitrile - 0. 2% H3 PO4(5∶ 95)as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 and the detective wavelength was 210 nm. Results The lin-ear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0. 079 5 ~ 2. 385 μg(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99. 4% and RSD was 0. 47%(n = 6). The linear range of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 0. 078 75 ~ 2. 362 5 μg(r = 0. 999 9). The av-erage recovery was 100. 7% and RSD was 1. 09%(n = 6). Conclusion This method was accurate with a good repeatability and can be used as a quantitative analysis for this preparation.
