HPLC法同时测定杜仲壮骨胶囊中3种皂苷的含量

摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定杜仲壮骨胶囊中三七皂苷 R1(C47 H80 O18)、人参皂苷 Rg1(C42 H72 O14)和人参皂苷 Re(C48 H82 O18)的含量测定方法,旨在进一步提高对杜仲壮骨胶囊的质量控制。方法采用 Cap-cell Pak -C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-1%磷酸(18.8∶81.2),流速为1.5 mL·min -1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为203 nm。结果三七皂苷 R1线性范围为4.99~99.7μg·mL -1;人参皂苷 Rg1线性范围为5.76~115.1μg·mL -1;人参皂苷 Re 线性范围为54.05~1081μg·mL -1。结论该方法简便、精确、灵敏度高且重复性好,可反映本制剂中多个药材组分的质量,可用于杜仲壮骨胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of three saponins in Cortex Eucommia Zhuanggu Capsules by HPLC

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of notoginsenoside R1 (C47 H80 O18 ),ginsenoside Rg1 (C42 H72 O14 )and ginsenoside Re(C48 H82 O18 )in Cortex Eucommia Zhuanggu Capsules were identi-fied,in order to improve the quality control of Cortex Eucommia Zhuanggu Capsules.Methods Capcell Pak C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)was adopted to separate the three saponins by acetonitrile -1% phosphoric acid(18.8∶81.2) as mobile phase with detection wavelength of UV detector at 203 nm.The flow rate was 1.5 mL·min -1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear ranges of notoginsenoside R1 ,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re were 4.99 ~99.7 μg·mL -1 ,5.76 ~115.1 μg·mL -1 and 54.05 ~1 081 μg·mL -1 ,respectively.Conclusion This method was convenient,accuracy,high sensitivity and good repetition,it can reflect the qualities of medical components in preparations and can be used for quality control of Cortex Eucommia Zhuanggu Capsules.
