摘    要:目的:优选白芷-藁本药对的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以白芷-藁本药对中欧前胡素含量和醇提浸膏得率为指标。采用高液相色谱法测定欧前胡素含量。考察加醇量、醇浓度、提取时间和提取次数对醇提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为用80%的乙醇8倍量浸泡1 h 后,回流提取3次,每次提取90 min。结论优选的提取工艺简便、稳定、可行,适合于制剂的生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of the combination of Angelica dahurica and Ligusticum sinense Oliv.Methods The preparation process was investigated by L9(34 )orthogonal design with content of imperatorin and the rate of extractum as indexes,using the determination of the content of imperatorin by HPLC.The main factors influ-encing the extraction efficiency such as the amount of added ethanol,ethanol concentration,the time of extraction and times of extraction were investigated.Results The optimum technical condition was as follows:8 times amount of 80% ethanol of soaking 1 hours,extract 3 times and 90 minutes for each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction process was simple, stable and feasible,it can be used in the preparation.
