三黄泻心复方颗粒和单味配方颗粒在4种介质中的溶出曲线对比研究

摘    要:目的:比较三黄泻心复方颗粒和单味配方颗粒在4种常用溶出介质中的溶出度差异。方法采用桨法,以水、pH 1.2人工胃液、pH 4.0醋酸盐缓冲液、pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液各500 mL 为溶出介质,采用高效液相色谱法,测定两种颗粒剂在一段时间内的溶出度,绘制溶出曲线,进行比较研究。结果pH 1.2的人工胃液为两种颗粒剂的最佳溶出介质;三黄泻心复方颗粒的溶出度高于三黄泻心单味配方颗粒。结论两种颗粒剂在4种溶出介质中的溶出度不同,共煎工艺制得的三黄泻心复方颗粒溶出更加完全,在今后临床应用中应注意单味配方颗粒的溶出问题。

Abstract:Objective To compare the dissolutions of Sanhuang Xiexin Compound Granules and single herb formula granules in four common difference of dissolution medium.Methods Using sirup method,water,artificial gastric juice with pH 1 .2,acetate buffer with pH 4.0,phosphate buffer with pH 6.8 for each 500 mL as dissolutions mediums,the dissolution of two granules were determined by HPLC,and stripping curves was obtained and to compare the differences.Results Arti-ficial gastric juice with pH 1 .2 was the best dissolution medium.The dissolution of Sanhuang Xiexin Compound Granules was higher than single herb formula granules.Conclusion The dissolutions of two granules in four different medium were differences.The dissolution of Sanhuang Xiexin Compound Granules prepared by boiling process was more complete.In the future,the dissolution problems of single herb formula granules should be paid attention in clinical application.
