黄皮茎枝的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究黄皮属植物黄皮茎枝 Clausena lansium (Lour.)Skeels 的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、MCI 吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、反相柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,运用紫外光谱、质谱和核磁共振谱等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从黄皮茎枝的95%乙醇提取物的水萃取部位分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-腺苷(1)、伞形花内酯-7-O -α-L -鼠李糖基-(1″-6′)-β-D -葡萄糖苷(2)、Haploperoside A (3)、伞形花内酯-7-O -β-D -芹糖基-(1″-6′)-β-D -葡萄糖苷(4)、Marmesinin(5)、苯甲基-O -β-D -芹糖基-(1″-6′)-β-D -葡萄糖苷(6)、苯甲基-O -β-D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、对羟基苯丙酸(8)、β-hydroxypropiovanillone (9),反式对羟基桂皮酸(10)。结论化合物1~6、8~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物1对脂多糖诱导的 BV2细胞产生一氧化氮具有一定的抑制活性,其 IC50为4.39μmoL·L -1。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Clausena lansium (Lour.)Skeels.Meth-ods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by macroporous resin,MCI gel,silica gel,ODS column chroma-tography,Sephadex LH -20,and preparative HPLC,and their structures were determined by the analysis of ultraviolet spec-trum,mass spectrum,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Results Ten compounds were isolated from the H2 O fractions of 95% ethanol extract of the stems of Clausena lansium,and their structures were identified as β-Adenosine(1), Umbelliferone -7 -α-L -rhamnopyranosyl -(1″-6′)-β-D -glucopyranoside(2),Haploperoside A(3),Umbellifer-one -7 -O -β-D -rhamnopyranosyl -(1″-6′)-β-D -glucopyranoside(4),marmesinin(5),Benzyl -O -β-D -apiofuranosyl -(1″-6′)-β-D -glucopyranoside(6),Benzyl -O -β-D -glucopyranoside(7),3 -(4 -hydroxyphe-nyl)-propanoic acid(8),β-hydroxypropiovanillone (9),trans -p -hydroxycinnamic acid(10).Conclusion Com-pounds 1 ~6,8 ~9 were isolated from the plants of genus Clausena L.Compounds 1 showed some inhibitory effects on LPS-induced NO production in murine microglial BV2 cells (IC50 =4.39 μmoL·L -1 ).
