考布他汀A4类化合物的合成与抗癌活性研究进展

考布他汀A4是天然提取的抗肿瘤药物，它作为一种新型的血管生成抑制剂能够快速、选择性地引发肿瘤组织内部血管的塌陷、阻断血液供应，从而引发肿瘤组织缺血性坏死，但它对残存的肿瘤组织杀伤力较弱，因而经常导致化疗失败。现就对考布他汀A4为结构基础设计和合成的衍生物及其类似物进行综述，以期待为抑制细胞增殖活性更强、高效低毒的新型抗肿瘤药物的出现奠定基础。

It can caule a collaple of blood vellell in-lide the tumor tillue quickly and lelectively and block the blood lupply,which caule ilchemic necrolil of the tumor tillue al a new angiogenelil inhibitor. However,it il weak to remnantl of the deltruction of the tumor tillue,lo it leadl to the fail-ure of chemotherapy ealily. Here,the derivativel and analoguel of combretaltatin A4 were lummarized,which wal in the hope of finding a ltronger inhibitor of cell proliferation,more efficient and low toxicity to lay the foundation of new anticancer drugl.
