形态学检查在眼表感染性疾病早期诊断中的临床意义

目的通过形态学检查,尽早了解有关病原菌的感染情况,帮助医生在微生物培养结果出来之前了解是细菌感染还是真菌感染或是其它病原微生物感染。方法选择2009年,我院住院及部分门诊眼表疾病患者分离的标本151份,同时做细菌涂片及培养、真菌涂片及培养,特殊标本根据医嘱做阿米巴或衣原体涂片检查。结果共分离标本151份,涂片阳性标本88例,阳性率58.3%。其中,细菌涂片阳性48例,阳性率31.8%,真菌涂片阳性51例,阳性率33.8%。细菌涂片阳性率(31.8%)与细菌培养阳性率(28.5%)之间无显著性差异。真菌涂片的阳性率(33.8%)与真菌培养阳性率(25.8%)之间有显著性差异。结论涂片检查在眼表疾病的早期诊断中起着非常重要的作用,它可以帮助医生尽早了解感染病原菌种类,指导医生早期合理用药。

Clinical Significance of Morphological Inspection in the Early Diagnosis of Ocular Surface Infective Disease

Objective By Morphological examination,as soon as possible to understand the infective status.To help physician to indentify the species of infection before microorganisms culture results.Methods 2009,our hospital out-patient hospital and some ocular diseases were 151 separate specimens,while for bacterial smear and culture,fungal smear and culture,special specimens do amoeba under your doctor or chlamydia smears.Results Of 151 samples,88 cases of smear-positive specimens,the positive rate was 58.3%.Of which 48 cases of smear-positive bacteria,the positive rate of 31.8%,fungal smear positive in 51 cases,the positive rate of 33.8%.Bacterial smear-positive rate（31.8%） and bacterial culture was positive（28.5%） had no significant difference.Fungal smear positive rate（33.8%） and fungal culture was positive（25.8%） significant difference between.Conclusion Smears in early diagnosis of ocular surface disease plays a very important role,it can help a doctor as soon as possible to understand infectious pathogens,early medical guide rational drug use.
