重症胰腺炎早期应用鼻肠管行肠内营养治疗的价值

目的观察早期肠内营养治疗对急性重型胰腺炎预后、疗程、花费等方面的影响。方法随机选择两组患者，对照组常规治疗，治疗组行早期鼻肠管肠内营养治疗。结果治疗组在并发症、预后、住院时间及花费方面均优于对照组。结论早期肠内氲养治疗在急性重型胰腺炎中应用是有效安全有效的。

Effect of Enteral Nutrition Therapy by Naso-intestinal Tube on Acute Severe Pancreatitis

Objective To observe the effect of early enteral nutrition therapy by naso-intestinal tube on the prognosis,treatment course and cost of acute severe panereatitis（ASP）. Methods Patients with ASP were randomly divided into two groups：the experiment group was given early enteral nutrition therapy via naso-intestinal tube and the control group was given conventional therapy. Results The experiment group showed a significant advantage in the occurrence of complications, prognosis, time of hospitalization and cost compared to control group. Conclusions The early application of enteral nutrition therapy in ASP is safe and efficient.
