| 摘 要： | 糖尿病患者在腹膜透析过程中极易并发严重的营养不良，这与糖尿病患者严重的胃肠功能障碍、厌食、反复感染以及长期控制饮食等密切相关。临床上通过早期腹膜透析、合理的营养配方、有效控制血糖、适时纠正并发症，并应用氨基酸营养透析液等，可防止营养不良的发生。

| Abstract: | Severe malnutrition are often found in diabetic peritoneal dialysis patient,which are caused by the gastroparesis,anorexia,infection and diatery limitation. Early dialysis, suitable nutrition supplementation, contrling hyperglycemia and providing amino acid dialysis solutions are needed to avoid the malnutrition. |
