TrkB蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨TrkB蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌发生及发展中的作用,以指导宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌的诊断。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法（S-P法）检测10例正常宫颈组织、15例宫颈炎、60例不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变和20例宫颈癌中TrkB蛋白的表达情况。结果：在正常宫颈组织中TrkB蛋白呈阴性表达,在宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌中呈阳性表达,TrkB蛋白的表达强度随病变程度增加而增加,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：TrkB在不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变的分流诊断中有重要意义,有望作为早期诊断宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的标志物,提高宫颈癌的早期诊断率。

Expression and clinical significance of TrkB cervical in traepithelial neoplasia

Objective：To investigate the potential role of TrkB immunohistochemical expression in the diagnosis and grading of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and to guide CIN and cervical cancers treatment.Methods：Expression of TrkB protein was detected with SP immunochemistry technology in 10 cases normal cervix uteri tissue,15 cases chronic cervicitis,60 cases cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue and 20 cases squamous cervical carcinoma tissue.Results：The normal cervical tissue showed TrkB negative expression.The CIN and cervix cancer showed positive expression.There was a statistic difference in different grades of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm by TrkB immunostaining（P0.01）.Conclusion：The TrkB immunostaining is significant in the differential diagnosis of different grades of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm.It can be used as a marker for early diagnosis of cervix cancer and could be helpful for increasing the ratio of earlier diagnosis in the fields of cervix cancer.
