曲安奈德治疗小儿鞘膜积液34例疗效观察

目的观察曲安奈德(同息通)穿刺注射治疗小儿鞘膜积液的效果.方法将2～14岁的小儿睾丸或精索鞘膜积液患者53例分为两组:治疗组34例,行鞘膜腔内穿刺抽液后,注射曲安奈德混悬液治疗;对照组19例,鞘膜腔内穿刺抽液后注射地塞米松.结果1年后随访,治疗组治愈27例,显效5例,总有效率达94.1%,睾丸发育正常,无硬结、粘连;对照组治愈5例,显效4例,总有效率47.4%,3例睾丸小结节,1例精索轻度粘连.结论曲安奈德治疗小儿鞘膜积液疗效确切、方法简便、易于推广.

Effect of Transton on children tunica vaginils hydrocele (34 cases)

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of children tunica vaginlis hydrocele treated with Tran-ston by centesis and injection. METHODS Fifty-three children with tunica vaginlis hydrocele aged 2-4 years, were divided into 2 groups; the treatment group (34 cases) were centesised and pumped and injected Transton; the control group (19 cases) were injected with Dexamethasone. RESULTS After 1 year, all patients were followed up, and 27 patients in the treatment group were cured, 5 had obvious effect, and the general effective rate was 94. 1%. Testicles of all patients had no sclerosis and conglutination; 5 patients in the control group were cured, 4 had obvious effect, and the general effective rate was 47. 4%, Three had little testicle nodule and 1 showed slight conglutination. CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate and simple, and easy to be popularized.
