单纯性肾病综合征T细胞白细胞介素2受体水平的研究

对３５例单纯性肾病综合征（ＳＮＳ）患儿Ｔ细胞白细胞介素２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）和血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平等进行检测。结果显示，活动期患儿自然状态和植物血凝素活化后Ｔ细胞ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达率皆明显低于缓解期和正常对照组，而ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平却明显增高；活动期患儿Ｔ细胞ＩＬ－２Ｒ自然表达率与血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平和细胞数呈负相关，而与细胞数和细胞比值呈正相关，活动期患儿血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与细胞数、细胞比值和血清ＩｇＧ水平呈负相关，而与细胞数呈正相关。提示活动期患儿Ｔ细胞免疫应答能力低下，Ｔ细胞ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达受抑和血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平增高，与ＳＮＳ患儿Ｔ细胞亚群和功能紊乱及低ＩｇＧ血症关系密切。

ICDs cells; ( 3i the serum SIL-ZRlevel had negative correlations with the number of CD` cells, the ratio of CD. jCDs cells, and the level ofserum IgG , but a positive correlation with the numberof CDs cells. These results suggested that (ll at theacute stage of SNS the immune respnse ability of Tcells decreased ; t2) lower expression rates of ILZR onT cells and higher serum SILZR level were closely related to the abnormal T cells subsets and Tcell func-tions and to the decreased level of serum IgG in patientswith SNS.
