| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针药结合对妇科术后肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为中药加针刺组、中药组和对照组。对照组常规治疗，中药组加服中成药四磨汤，中药加针刺组在中药组的基础上，针刺双侧手、足三里穴。结果：中药加针刺组在术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排气、排便时间及外周血白细胞恢复均优于中药组及对照组。结论：中药加针刺对妇科术后肠功能恢复疗效较好，应用安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese drugs (ACD) on the recovery of intestinal function after gynecologic operation. Methods: 90 cases were allocated to ACD group, Chinese drug group and control group randomly. The control group was dealt with routine treatment, the Chinese drug group was added with Simo Tang, and the ACD group treated by Chinese drugs combined with needling bilateral Shousanli(LI 10)and Zusanli (ST 36) acupoints. Results: The time necessary for the recovery of borborygmi, gas discharge and bowel movement was less in treatment group than the other two groups, and the normalization of WBC count was also faster. Conclusion: ACD is a safe and effective remedy for the recovery of intestinal function after gynecologic operation. |
