| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨大型听神经瘤术中面神经功能监测对面神经解剖保留及功能保护的临床意义。方法 :对 42例大型听神经瘤患者采用肌电图诱发电位监护系统 (英国 Medelec牛津公司 )术中监护术侧面神经 ,并对术后的面神经解剖保留进行统计和术后的面神经功能恢复进行随访。结果 :术后解剖学保留 36例 ,面神经保留率 85 .71 % ,死亡 1例 ;1年随访 ,面神经功能测定 ( H- B) I级为 36例 ,II级为 3例 ,III级为 2例。结论 :对大型听神经瘤患者采取术中面神经功能监测有利于面神经的解剖保留和功能保护。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical purpose of inspecting facial nerve during large acoustic neuromas operation in the aspect of increasing its anatomic and functional reservation rate. Methods: To inspect the facial nerve during 42 cases of large acoustic neuromas operation,and count the rate of anatomic and functional reservation. Results: The anatomic reservation of facial nerve was found in 36 cases (85.71%),but there was one death. class I of H-B was shown in 36 cases,class II in 3 cases,class III in 2 cases. Conclusion: It can increase the rate of anatomic and functional reservation to inspect facial nerve during large acoustic neuromas operation. |
