Abstract: | We report a case of extralobar pulmonary sequestration in which magnetic resonance (MR) angiography was performed. Two-dimensional time-of-flight (TOF) MR angiography with three-dimensional (3D) rendering techniques allowed very accurate anatomical depiction of venous structures. 3D TOF MR angiography was also performed but provided disappointing results. The MR angiographic techniques are described and compared with contrast-enhanced CT and MR imaging.Correspondence to: J. Verschakelen |
