| 摘 要： | 变形链球菌是公认的主要致龋菌，其重要的毒力因子之一就是在牙表面形成生物膜。生物膜的形成是变形链球菌在牙面聚集生存以及致龋所必需的结构。本文综述了变形链球菌当中与生物膜形成相关的基因，以期为防龋研究提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Streptococcus mutans has been implicated as a principal etiological agent in human dental caries. One of the important cariogenic virulence factors of these organisms is their ability to form biofilms. The biofilm is necessary for the adhesion and accumulation of the organisms on tooth surfaces. This article reviewed the genes involved in biofilm formation of Streptococcus mutans in order to supply future targets for the prevention of dental caries. |
