手术室护理人员压力应对方式的研究

目的研究医院手术室护理人员的压力状况、压力源以及通常采用的缓解方式。方法采用问卷调查法,包括护士的工作疲溃感调查量表、压力症状自评调查量表、压力源情况调查量表和压力应对措施调查量表等,并对结果进行分析。结果手术室护士疲溃感以情绪疲溃感为主,其次表现为工作无成就感。工作环境及时间分配问题、工作量及时间方面的问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题是手术室护理人员的主要压力源;被动应对在压力方式中占相当大的比例。结论手术室护理人员压力程度高,工作环境及社会的认可度是主要的压力源,而目前的压力应对方式有待进一步改善。

A research about the coping style of operating room nurses when they have encountered pressure

Objective To study the situation of the pressure among the staff of operating room,and then suppose the effective method to alleviate these pressure.Methods Using the questionnaire to investigate the pressure among the operating room nurses,and then analyzed the datum of survey.Results The primary tiredness of operating room nurses was emotional exhaustion,the second was without personal accomplishment.The primary sources of pressure were working circumstance,working time,workload and something about nursing care.Mostly nurses in operating room adopted the passive style to reply the pressure.Conclusion The pressure are existed among the operating room nurses,the positive coping style should be supposed in future.
