小儿腮腺血管瘤的手术治疗

目的 探讨小儿腮腺血管瘤的手术治疗要点和手术治疗效果。方法 收集1996～2000年收治的小儿腮腺血管瘤20例，年龄2个月～3岁，均施行保留面神经的腮腺及血管瘤切除术。面神经剥离采用主干到分支的顺行法。随访1～3年。结果 创口全部I期愈合，无感染、无涎瘘、无永久性面瘫等并发症。面部外形无明显凹陷畸形。结论 本病早期手术治疗可获得满意治疗效果。小儿面神经分支类型与成人无明显差异，保护面神经及控制出血是手术成功的关键。

Surgery of hemangioma of the parotid gland in infant

Objective To Investigate the surgical keys and results of hemangioma of the parotid gland in infant. Method 20 cases with hemangioma of the paroti d gland, aged from 2 months to 3 years were treated by parotidectomy and resect ion of hemangioma, associated with preserve of facial nerve. Dissociated facia l nerve were from trunk to branches. All patients were followed for 1 to 3 year s. Result All patients healed without infection ,salivary fistula and permane nt facial paralysis . There weren't significant concavity malformation in infan t's features after 1 year. Conclusion Early surgery could lead to satisfact ory results in hemangioma of the parotid gland in infant. There was no major d ifference in the type of facial nerve between adult and infant .Tt is the most important to preserve facial nerve and control blood.
